Terms & Conditions for Kid Stall Vendor

1. Safety Regulations: Stallholders are responsible for ensuring that all activities and materials provided are safe for children of all ages. Any hazardous materials or activities must be explicitly approved by the organizer and clearly marked as such.

2. Supervision: Stallholders must ensure adequate supervision of all activities at all times. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult while participating in activities at the stall.

3. Vendor Age: Children attending the stall must be under the age of 14.

4. Products: The products sold at the stall must be crafted or created by children.

5. Organizer: Memon Supermarket reserves the right to decline any bookings not deemed to be suitable for our events or for any other reason given by the organizer.

6. Timing: Kids stall are available only for Saturday from 12:00PM - 8:00PM

7. Stall: Each vendor will get a 6 Feet Table and 2 Chairs.

8. Food: Only homemade Halal baked or cooked food is permitted. No appliances are permitted for the kids' stall.

Terms & Conditions for Henna Artist

• Each booking is designated for one Henna artist exclusively; sharing stalls with other Henna artists is not permitted. Henna artists are required to inform customers about the type of henna being used, and for services provided to children, parental consent must be obtained. Each Henna vendor will receive one small table and two chairs.

Terms & Conditions for Regular Vendors

a. Space for stalls 8 feet by 8 feet

b. Stall booking & allotment is on First come, First served basis. Requests for specific locations within the event venue will be considered but are not guaranteed.

c. 100% Advance Payment on confirmation

d. One 6Feet Table and One Chair will be given to each vendor

f. On Cancellation, money will not be reimbursed

g. Vendor have to take care of premises cleanliness.

h. Stall holders are not permitted to sublet or share their allocated space.

i. Timing for setup is 11:00am onwards and have to wrap up everything by 11:00pm

j. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel any vendor's reservation if it is found to be acting inappropriately with anyone on the Memon Supermarket premises.

k. Memon Supermarket reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to stall holders via email or written notice.
